We accept Medicare only for existing patients. Our relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO will terminate as of January 1, 2018.
Our practice is closed to new Medicare patients except under special circumstances. Please contact our office for additional information.
We do accept new patients who do not have Medicare. Visits are paid by the patient at the time of the visit. Our billing company will submit the charges electronically and any amounts collected from the insurance company over what we have billed them will be refunded to the patient. We do require a deposit to reserve an appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if we are given at least two business days’ notice.
We do administer lab tests here at our facility and many of the tests are covered by insurance. Exact insurance coverage depends on the tests performed and the details of the particular insurance coverage.
